While Sunday was a dismal day outside, it was a beautiful day in the greenhouse.
The Golden Zucchini, cantaloupe, and butternut squash are all up! There are peekers in the Lakota Squash (yum!) and watermelon isles.
We have sensed rumblings under the soil in other areas....Summer Savory is soon to erupt. I'm sure of it.
Today Elias planted Giant Greystripe Sunflowers. If he can harvest them before the birds do, there will be sunflower heads in the Fall Harvest Basket.
